I remember going to a BBQ restaurant in Clementi, Singapore, I saw brisket on the menu, tried it, it was delicious, I understood it was the best tasting food I could get my hands on. Only problem is 3 or 4 slices is far too filling for me, I get full on 2 or 3 slices, I have to eat very fast to finish or I get too full
