Sarah Connor, she also does her exercise. It's really important. A lot of Sri Lankans don't do enough exercise. My only exercise is my 5 minutes of elliptical machine running per day. Gradually, after years, my stamina improved to 15 minutes.
I wish Upali Dharmadasa had just done 5 or 15 minutes per day on the elliptical machine. He was telling me in the Lanka Hospital that he missed his weekly squash game once and then he had to lose the feet. Yikes.
I was at his place, I hardly smoke or drink alcohol. I do it. But I don't enjoy it. So, I never really do it. I smoke maybe 5 or maybe 10 cigarettes sticks per year only.
He always smokes. Udesh also picked up a cigarette butt he had thrown away.
It's terrible. It's like going into a casino. ████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████
You end up with diabetes.
He was cooking for me, he even got me these big boxes of food from Hilton where his wife Sandhya worked at, when she met him.
It was full of sugary donuts. I didn't eat any because I don't like to eat so much.
He was like, it's fine. Later he was telling me I have to somehow gain weight to 70 or 80kg.
I wish he didn't eat any of those sugary snacks. He was quite suicidal to push it the way he did, cigarette on one hand, sugary donuts on the other.
I learned from him.. now my mum tells us to stop eating chocolates, it's got sugar, bla bla, Lal Loku Thathi has diabetes, Achiammi Milina had diabetes, my mum is prediabetes, so it's in my family and in our Sinhalese genome according to Chamath Palihapitiya.
His dad HK Dharmadasa would always drink a shot of whiskey every night.
Which is pretty cool.
I don't care if I get annoying reminders to avoid sugar. I really should.
I avoid it. Sugar is a poison. There is an anti Imperial British conspiracy theory in Sri Lanka that "the British removed our agriculture and replaced it with sugar and tea, to try to destroy our health".
I doubt it. I don't know. The British, Queen Elizabeth II, they drink alcohol all day, she drinks champagne every day.
I don't know if it's that bad.
Tomorrow I'll do 10 minutes as I did 20 minutes today.
I love this movie.
Terminator 2. I wanted to get a model Terminator toy, the metallic machine version, to keep in my office.
But not really. I don't care.

Tuesday 1st, February.
1:15 a.m.
I'm watching Terminator 2. Will eat a bit more of my mum's Cadbury Chocolate. Will sleep later.
I think chocolate and sugar is my deadly sin, my bad habit, but i don't care, I prefer it to alcohol or cigarettes.
I gotta buy that toothbrush when i wake up today.
I gotta cut my hair.
(Can't wait for the Good Lord to come)
Gotta buy Mountain Dew.
Umm
It's rare, and old, I hear.
This scene is fascinating. John sends a terminator series 800 v. 2.5 model 101 back, in time, not SkyNet, so why does John have to reprogram the Terminator's reset switch, so it is no longer Read Only?
I don't know, it's fascinating. I also want to create robots one day, which can do stuff.
We will send robots to Mars. To war. To do the hard work one day, soon.
It's a plot hole apparently, maybe John, needed to learn how to do this himself, so that's why Terminator, it teaches him step by step what to do. So, he learns.
I am going to sleep after this.
