My friend Upali Dharmadasa would fry onion rings for me on his home kitchen grill because I loved those. I would trade the foods on my plate, which I didn't like with his son Udesh, for the foods I like. This was one of my favorites.

Thilanga and me have cut strawberries up and added sugar. It tastes better. We served those up to our family.

This image is a screenshot from a YouTube video titled "4 Levels of Onion Rings: Amateur to Food Scientist" on the Epicurious channel. The screenshot displays a comparison of three different types of onion rings labeled with the names Stephen, Beth, and Frank. Stephen's onion rings are identified as Level 1, Beth's as Level 2, and Frank's as Level 3. Each plate of onion rings is visually distinct, with Stephen's appearing crispy and golden-brown, Beth's being thicker and slightly more golden, and Frank's looking lighter in color. Accompanying sauces are visible next to each plate. The background is plain, drawing attention to the onion rings. The screenshot includes a subtitle reading "[light anticipatory music]," suggesting an engaging and lighthearted tone. The video is part of a series that explores different levels of cooking expertise, from amateur to expert.
