I love bakkwa
I saw Lee Kuan Yew up close, at the Holland Village tree planting ceremony, when I went there, to get some bakkwa
They make great beef and pork bakkwa

But we want to make the satay slightly juicy, and not dry, and also, we don't serve pork to respect Muslims, and so we won't use the same equipment for making meats with pork
I think chinese five spice, I am unsure, they put it in bakkwa, but with us, the other ingredients like star anise or and cloves, I am not sure
I think I am not so sure about them
I never liked them
Schezuan is distinctive, but I am cautious to add in sauce
