I’m busy with a few things right now. Tomorrow I’ll start frying up crisps and see how it goes from there. Today I’ll work on the cheese powder myself. It’s a delicious recipe. The cheese sauce is a bit tricky, because I don’t add any preservatives, so it’s best when it’s fresh.


I think we will start soon.


I’ll make the cheese powder today, slowly, with Sam helping. Then we’ll add it to the crisps.
