I need to cut my hair. Soon. The "American Water" company has been frustrating to deal with — deliveries have been unreliable, phone calls haven't been answered, and the explanations I received didn't resolve the issue. I don't have water right now. I don't drink tap water or boiled water, so I'm currently dealing with dehydration.
