Apparently, those American Water company people tried to make a delivery of water supplies but couldn't because no one was available to collect it. The security staff must have been on leave; I'm not sure where they were. It happened toward the end of the holidays last month.

My mom insisted on speaking to their boss; she was upset. I don't know what happened after that.

I don't want them to use that name.

They're trying to make a delivery now. I typically lift the 21kg or 21l water bottles upstairs and hoist them into the insert. I can manage that — it's actually about half my body weight, so I must have good, lean muscle. I find it satisfying.

They said they can deliver water soon.

Apparently the delivery staff and my mom had a disagreement; she also became upset.

I might start a water company next, since we may be able to fill that market need.
