I'm headed out of the registrar. I spoke to their IT team. They experienced technical issues.

They also had issues with the articles. I will redo it soon. They need 4 inches of space at the top for their internal documentation.

They asked for less white space, though I can add more content to fill it. Unfortunately, they've requested the logo be removed because it is red on the cover page.

It seems fine. I can do it again and resubmit.
