Uniforms are not merch

A uniform is strategy. Merch is optional.

A uniform signals:

  • there is a team (even if tiny),
  • there is consistency,
  • there is a standard,
  • there is a brand that expects to exist next month.

The chosen palette was simple and purposeful:

  • Navy blue (#0E162D) for the base: serious, modern, durable.
  • Icy white (#EAF6FF) for contrast: clean, readable, soft—but still sharp.

These are “identity colors,” not decoration. They are meant to survive repetition: in photos, on fabric, on screens, and in memory.
