Payments and refunds

Stripe cards: one-time at checkout; subs auto-renew—cancel before next bill. Failed payments pause access. Payouts via Stripe ($100 min). No refunds—billing issues to Support.

Account & records

Cancel in Settings; access runs to period end. Invoices in our Stripe portal. We don’t store cards—Stripe secures payments.
