Our operating company is AngryPages Inc (California), which handles creator workflow and publishing operations.
Storage custody is structured with our HoldCo, AngryPages Holdings Inc (Delaware), for IP asset holding.
Active Storage (10 GB Units)
We sell active storage in 10 GB units for creator material we evaluate for IP licensing, development, and monetization.

AI Processing + Publishing Effort
Our AI is fine-tuned, and our California/Delaware company structure is positioned to apply best-efforts publishing support. We may prioritize publishing on our own services with discoverability, search, and indexing at our choice.

- Aim for practical publishing execution with minimal rewrite where feasible
Revenue share terms: for net publishing income, we charge 20/80 (20% to AngryPages, 80% to the creator). For ad revenue, we split 50/50.
