I'm sorry, but I'll be cancelling state partnership program with state of Montana. We will instead have a state partnership program with one of the following:

1. Massachusetts (my mum loves the song by The Bee Gees),

2. Maryland (where Raja uncle lives),

3. California (Jonathan Hirshon, sunshine state, high tech silicon valley),

4. Florida (Jacques' daughter, sunny, mosquito state like us),

5. Washington (Mikey lives in Seattle),

6. Texas (I love BBQ, and also, Troy Billett is here)

7. Washington DC (Ronalie, many people are here, important)

8. Delaware (Joe Biden, and also, my company is registered here)

9. Pennsylvania, (to honor Freemasonry, as Benjamin Franklin's place)

10. New York (this is the world's business center)

We'll do this pretty quickly, so the bandage pull tear doesn't sting.

The video frame is from a YouTube video titled "How Each U.S. State Has A Country As Its Partner," featured on the "General Knowledge" channel. The video visually presents a map of the United States, with states colored differently to signify partnerships with countries. In this frame, Montana is highlighted in red, indicating its specific partnerships. An overlay lists countries associated with Montana, including Kyrgyzstan since 1996, Sri Lanka and Maldives as of 2020/2021, and Turkmenistan in 2021. The map is displayed on a dark background for contrast, enhancing the visibility of the highlighted states and accompanying text. The interface is typical for YouTube, with controls and video title visible above the map. The setting indicates an informative and educational context, focusing on state partnerships internationally.
