If you officially declare, you can no longer control the mass hysteria panic.. I'm happy with how China's managed to contain the problem and that the spread is reducing -- I just hope they do more and go above and beyond.. this seems to be a little more serious than SARS or Mers -- I start to see the historical Fukushima nuclear reactor disaster as an appropriate example to compare this to.. over there the Soviet Commies messed up, I hope PRC don't go down that road...
