I have a terrible headache and body pain. I feel weak. I am half asleep. I just feel so tired.

6:00 p.m.

I am so tired today. I am watching this boring ass documentary on WW2 and WW1, which I already know all about. I will later watch Too Hot to Handle which is funny.

I have a lot of work to do. There is a scarcity of capably intelligent individuals to hire or partner in SL, a dearth of ability, so most of our important staff are imported.

6:15 p.m.

It is indeed funny.

The developed countries steal our top qualified people, which we refer to as the "brain drain".

This prevents SL from rapidly improving as we lack the capable people required to do so.

I however, steal the best people in the world lol into a 3rd world country's startup.

Quite the travesty.

Sadly, when Thilanga uncle gives us a meeting, we go there on time, he does not show up, qualified people get fed up.

I make up excuses, I justify, I protect my uncle, but they are insulted, they complain, it makes us look bad.

It is quite tragic.

I think it is just part of the job to put up with this sort of thing. A lot of good people get frustrated, fed up, the business fails, collapses, SL never gets the chance again.

It is unacceptably unfair, it is a problem with a severe lack of leadership, which is resulting in SL disappearing.

I do not know if Gotabaya is a serious character. I do not know if he is pushing people enough. I welcome discipline, but he is not a tough guy.

He is not demanding people get results. He is not a Lee Kuan Yew despite Ali Sabry winning points with him by saying so.

Gotabaya will fire Ali Sabry 100 times over for his failure in not coming up with a plan to shore up the judiciary by now, that is the bottom line. He chooses not to.

Leadership is a sacred thing. Leadership is more sacred than all the religions in the world, it is more sacred than royalty.

It is the responsibility for everyone.
