I feel a bit guilty. I guess, as I am anyway 2nd contacts with Prabhakaran's family, I can get them back here to build on progress being made. There is a very severe lack of leadership, which Gotabaya is helping to narrow, but I do not see enough being done. It is far too slow, there is a weakness.
