If our business earns: $10m or $100m. We can buy a big tall building. I want to hang paintings in all of the floors just like in Fear the Walking Dead Season 7 in Strand's building.
In my big beautiful office building. I want there to be paintings in a theme. So, ground floor, could have like, I dunno, religious paintings of every faith.
2nd floor could be, Ancient, so we have Sri Lanka's entire history in there. Plus, kings, Brits, recent times. This is where we keep the culture.

4th floor, is like Navy, so there is an oceanic reed diffuser aroma set, and all these paintings of the sea. Such as of Admirals, Horatio Nelson, the HMS Victory, like that painting I like. Models of big ships.

In the penthouse, or the top floor, we can keep a giant aviary for our birds to fly around or something.
I guess, as it's our office, our employees ("partners") can go in and out freely. We can also just charge visitors like $10 bucks as a token fee to visit.
Or maybe, auction 10 tickets per day to visitors. They can take pictures, spend the whole day if they wish, but it's a guided tour.
Tickets will bid up to $1,000. Maybe, 10 tickets per day. We can donate the money to some charity.
I think, that we have 100 employees now. The number will likely go up to 1,000 or 10,000. If it is possible, we can have an underground bunker slash carpark.
We can probably fit in a big masonic hall upstairs.
The offices. The office desks, they will be in floor plan. But there's various people around. I was talking to Patrick Lim and Ken Soh, at BH Global,

But they use a open office plan for most employees, and then there's office cubicles for senior staff.
I don't personally like open offices.
It's too exposed. I am also a very private space kind of guy. I prefer this work environment as is. I hate having to interact socially because it's not effective.
I'm loving work from home.

In their offices, on the walls, which are exposes, if it's open office style, the paintings will be hung. So, it's more like a museum and art gallery than an office.

I like Sumathi Court's office. I like Edna's Office somewhat. But there are world's best offices. I will just go and spy on Jared Kushner's and copy.
There are probably very good office plans out there.
I think if we can change the name of the road, we can also change the numbers of the houses, so, that means, my office address will also be Number 666 xyz.
