All that Nahil Wijeysuriya would have to confirm, which he doesn't have to because it's public knowledge, matter of fact, is that Sharma got Rs 900 (year: 2005-9) cash selling Intercontinental Hotel to him and then Dhammika Perera, and that in full knowledge of our family's grief, and that Lal has stolen the business (EI&M weren't majority owner; they've issued stocks against a majority owner, then criminally refused to let us see financials as shareholders since 2005; Sri Lanka Courts are refusing justice to us; his wife Deepa's the ETI Finance director; indicative of political corruption to deny justice for 1,000s for bribes from what they stole), and Shanika was not doing anything and the kids were in serious trouble, despite his total responsibility for crashing onto a train that he claims he did not hear and despite having travelled through that exact spot multiple times and despite our family's requests for assistance over 17 plus years:
