4. US business comfort partnering local firms (White House, Dept of Commerce)
5. Energy policy to stop $1b+/ year Iranian Oil imports and reform energy sector with better sourcing or Japan's 2nd hand nuclear power tech (Dept of Energy, Big Oil: we can get the Saudi Oil discounted for sale to US only.)
6. US curriculum for public schooling and universities. I am giving Education Ministry a monopoly on academia, and will merge multiple universities into just 5. We want to partner these with prestigious Ivy League US universities. (Dept of Education, Big Education)
7. US assistance, technology and expertise setting up electronic road pricing (ERP program) with mobile device (Google Map) advanced telemetry tracking with fuel use and big push into public transportation (Dept of Transport, Big Tech)
8. US help with property taxes for home ownership drive (Dept of Housing)
9. US backing for healthcare services overhaul (Dept of Health, Big Pharma)
