Turning Sigiriya Into the Most Ethical Casino in the World

September 7, 2022

The day is dominated by one huge blueprint: transform Sigiriya into a globally branded casino-and-attractions complex with quotas, transport links, guest controls, and "ethical" loss limits, then support it with serious hosting infrastructure for the site.

So cool. We can put up a very big casino in Sigiriya Rock. Brand name Sigiriya. This will be the biggest casino in the world. The only one in SL.

I would have liked Sheldon Adelson to be in charge of it. But he's sadly died last year. So, we will have to see. We'll discuss internally and choose someone. That guy was very personally valuable.

It'll be a part of our country's culture. Where everyone goes to Sigiriya to spend their savings for enjoyment. For fun. To gamble. The only casino in SL. So, there will be a big domestic market, and also an international market.

"Going to the casino" will mean Sigiriya.

The race tracks, elephant race tracks will be here. So, every year, we should see international guests coming in to see that.

We will keep horse racing in Nuwara Eliya.

I think the trouble with using the Sigiriya Airport is that it's too low capacity. We will have to set up a train link for more passengers. We can repurpose this flat area for a F1 track. If it's big enough.

So, then, this is like an attraction centre. Super attraction centre. There is Adam's Peak, which is a part of my book too. So, those things are cool.

Some guests (yes, we call tourists guests now), they might like to see the sights, so maybe they can use small passenger or helicopter rides. But this is likely to be a very small minority or like 2-5%.

We need disability or accessibility options for Sigiriya too. Where more obese or disabled or handicapped people can see it. So, we can place more secure conveyer belts or vehicles, like a Disney ride, which we can plan out, so they don't suffer so much when climbing up.

There is already enough space on the platform for 2-3 people to walk up there. But we will make it around 2-3 meters. We will make it more secure. Then add motorized movement vehicles. Like those gold mine carts in movies.

It's a real b---- to climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress. I haven't heard of anyone dying, but I honestly wouldn't be surprised if anyone has. The upward climb is more difficult, but the downhill climb or descent is easier.

I think Sheldon's put in Patrick Dumont (son in law) to run it. The widow Miriam is also there. We'll talk to them about it.

Kirk Kerkorian is alright. We'll see.

In 2021, Las Vegas recorded roughly 32 million visitors.Jun 9, 2022 (Statistica)

We expect around 1,000,000 guests. If they all bet $1,000. This is $100m for us. It's $100 for the Sigiriya Tour. They'll probably spend $400 on food, hotel room, transport, shopping, etc. $500 gambling. We should also restrict the number of people who can enter. We'll tell them if they don't "buy" at least $1,000 dollars in betting only casino tokens (can be exchanged for $500 dollars), we won't authorize their tourist visa or entry to Sigiriya.

Just say, we have limited capacity. We have quotas. We need to provide concierge services to everyone. And also, prevent international money laundering. And so, we can't let too many in.

If 5,000,000 ask for Sigiriya Entry, we'll give it to 1,000,000 at open auction.

We'll give discounts for repeat customers. For good guests.

Also, as it's branding, when we have online betting or betting channels, then, we'll comp or make complimentary any services, foods, etc, even if they lose money.

Preventively, we'll avoid them losing more than 35% of their savings or committed amount of money. So, if they earn $10,000 per year, and they have $100,000 savings, they can only bet upto $65,000 or lose downto $35,000.

International guests, need to get an approval from their bank.

The most ethical casino in the world.

Okay, so Hostinger Cloud Pro is a good option. Very reasonable price. Amazon Web Services is calling me tomorrow. So, Hostinger, to my knowledge, does use some aspects of Google Cloud. They deploy free $0 / month Cloudflare. Amazon AWS uses Cloudfront.

So, what you want to ultimately do, is to use a combination of them to load different components of a sophisticated website.

So, I disabled https://angrypages.com from Jet Pages dot co. They got it (load times) down to less than 1 second. The issue was too many limitations. They are anyway only in beta stages.

Now, we'll put it up on Hostinger. I think they moved away from Cloud. Kinsta uses Google Cloud. Maybe Cloudways does too. So, we'll move there next.

What matters, is that the subdomains can be configured internationally. This is the best way to make content multilingual, although, not really. It's a good way to expand overseas very easily.

So, people in France, will access, or be routed (if they use a French IP address) to hopefully htps://www

Also Jet Pages doesn't use www. If you use, it doesn't load or work.

So, if France and French IP address, they search or control enter angry pages, then it loads up to https://www.angrypages.com which is a subdomain of https://angrypages.com , and then, we'll route them to IF France

https://fr-en.angrypages.com where fr-en means France, English language. Or else https://fr-fr.angrypages.com where it's France, Français or French.

We can give it to the Hostfully guy or Pauline █████.

Let's suppose Lehan owns the common stock voting shares. And Jonathan is given 50% of the preferential shares. I can give him my preferential shares too. We will allow investment by our loyal partners, to buy up those preferential shares.

Usually, BlackRock, Vanguard (who focus on this), State Street, TNG, they tend to invest in firms. Facebook often releases shares out. This is the traditional business model when it comes to equity. It's fair, legal and seems standard.

We don't want to do that.

It's better for us to release 1,000,000,000 redeemable shares every year. If the company makes $10,000 revenue, $5,000 costs (hosting) and $5,000 gross or operating profit. Then after US taxes of 35% ($1,750) we get net incomes of $3,250.

$0.00000325 earnings per share

So, if Person A owns 500,000,000 shares, then upon redeeming, they get $1,625. This is easy to calculate, if you divide 500m from 1b.

if $10,000,000 then $0.01 per share, if $1b, then divide by 1b = $1 / share.

So, when fielding investment, it's better for us.

When we talk to BlackRock, we'll talk to Larry Fink.

This is easier and possible with us.

Even if the firm grows, we'll keep and use those personal ties to award them the same deals or to give out similar share quotes or percentages.

We can control who does business with us.

When it comes to international / foreign ops, we might as well, give out like 70% of the profits from those ops, pay out salaries and give them 70% of the shares they can issue out to anyone.

So if Pauline, for France, we'll give her like 70%.

We'll keep 30% to invest.

Dave ██████, you are hereby granted Sri Lankan citizenship. You are also appointed the 1st Law Minister. We have a big legal team.

All you should try to do is replicate Nordic country systems.

We want to also offer Singaporean law speed. But lower fines. So, that it is much more reasonable. More about face, less about damages.

Death penalty, most likely, we'll abolish it. We see data where when it is abolished, it usually means fewer murders.

If it is a convicted murderer, with confession, lower jail, or fine. Without confession, high jail sentence. But Nordic, Norway reform style.

I don't really know.

We want to import all of those civil law codes. We want to also "simulate" legal cases of importance, and add those to our own rules.

Our legal system, is a real mess. Most SL parliamentarians, don't really have any idea what they're doing, the rules are obsolete or archaic. Some Draconian punishments exist from colonial era days.

You are better off just starting from scratch, writing in good laws, and then, we'll adopt all of those pieces of legislature. So we're an advanced country as per our rules of law, and court processing.

I personally want to adopt a white-hat penetration testing method, where you hack before real criminal hackers do, with our legal system. Where it becomes impossible to pervert justice or politically interfere. If you think this is sound, we can go for it.

Marianne ████, is missing in action, I threw some paper planes with I < 3 Us in her direction, she's been singing "I'd rather leave when I'm in love" after that Hugh Jackman musical Boy From Oz. Or something. Or so I hear. JOKE: Now, according to our NSA friends she's listening "I still call Australia home". Next up on her playlist is "Quiet please, there's a lady on stage". Her mum's calling her now.

He's been Bank of Ceylon chairman. We're merging People's Bank and NSB into BOC to gain size. We'll then begin proceedings. It's mostly a reputation based industry, where if something goes wrong, like Panama Papers, Paradise Papers, there is a real mess. So, we'll have to do it properly. Maybe numbered bank accounts after proving it is not money laundering, is a good solution.

The rhinoceros when spelt rhino-sauras sounds like a dinosaur. But it's not. Neither is the hippopotamus.

An interesting fact, is that the Indian elephant, which is actually originating as the Sri Lankan elephant, is originating from the African elephant, Or maybe not. I don't know. The African elephant ears are bigger. They weigh about 1,000 kg more. So, 25 x Lehans. If I was an African elephant, I think I'd feel the need to do some kind of ear job on "Dumbo Ears" like in my case. Or they'll fly away. Or if I may quote Scarface, Tony Montana, if Mandy should've said he's one, they would've let him when he couldn't tell the difference between being in a sanitorium for treating tuberculosis or a sanitation.

The indian and african elephant actually are older than the mammoth. OR something, I don't know.

The Sri Lankan elephant is called the E. m. maximus. Like some kind of Roman Caesar thing. But when Caesar Lehan shows up. We'll call it, the "Sri Lanka Dumbo Elephant". Or we'll rename it, the Hornikus Maximus after our law minister. They are the G.O.P. (republican) and copy-cat United National Party symbol.

I don't know about the blue whale.

I don't want to say stuff about the Japanese whaling thing.

Umm..

Ishmael. Rehab. Moby D***. Pequod.

I like lipstick. And perfume. On other Lehan Voter people.

They call something "a bunker buster".████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████

And also the other people votes.

The Asian elephant (Elephas maximus), also known as the Asiatic elephant, is the only living species of the genus Elephas and is distributed throughout the Indian subcontinent and Southeast Asia, from India in the west, Nepal in the north, Sumatra in the south, and to Borneo in the east. Three subspecies are recognised—E. m. maximus from Sri Lanka, E. m. indicus from mainland Asia and E. m. sumatranus from the island of Sumatra.[1] Formerly, there was also the Syrian elephant or Western Asiatic elephant (Elephas maximus asurus) which was the westernmost population of the Asian elephant (Elephas maximus). This subspecies became extinct in ancient times.[5] Skeletal remains of E. m. asurus have been recorded from the Middle East: Iran, Iraq, Syria, and Turkey from periods dating between at least 1800 BC and likely 700 BC.[6] It is one of only three living species of elephants or elephantids anywhere in the world, the others being the African bush elephant and African forest elephant.
