I used to drink Campbell's soup very frequently in the UK. I think an easy snack for me to fix very quickly was to make soup in the microwave. So, I'd open up a can of Campbell's soup, and then I'd toast bread, butter it and then dip. It's delicious. And I really liked the many flavors available. My favorite meal in the UK was a few. I used to get the Penang Chicken with jasmine sticky rice. Which is delicious. I'd get it two or three times a week. A perfected rendition of SL rice and curry. In my entire time in the UK, I don't think I have ever visited a temple. But I got some SL food once or twice, I wasn't missing it much. And I don't like it now. It sucks. Some short eats, like pastries, I like. Pattis. I like that kind of thing. It's (pattis or puff pastry) is much bigger in the UK.
So, Lehan's meals for the week are something like:
I have actually a fairly big menu.
Jeez. I don't know.
I think I'll publish it later. Much later. After do all of this.
For my cult.
I think I like to have the following:
1. I make steak. Beef steak. Seared, then oven baked, with a large dollop of honey and brown sugar. I use fillet mignon. I call it a "You Break-a Moo Heart". I dip it in bread, it's nice. It's totally heretic too. Which is just how I roll.
2. I like the Malay or Thai or whatever Penang Chicken with sticky rice. Yeah, it's Malaysian. It's pretty good.
3. I loved the Mexican Americanized stuffed nachos. I love dipping food in mayonnaise and stuff.
4. I used to get a very good selection of food from Tesco. I'd just pick whatever was good. I hated a few, never tried it again. But I liked most. I'm the type to re-order or only stick with what I like.
5. I can't remember honestly.
