I have this recipe called "The Fillet Flesh o Lehan".
It's basically, you get a beef fillet, you sear it on each side for about 2 or 3 minutes, then, you have to build an aluminium dome. You place it inside, with a large pool of honey, and then you bake it in the oven for around (I don't remember minutes) and then I'd dip bread in and eat communion.
