This sucks.
I think my police, they will coordinate with the health and transport ministry to respond within 10 minutes. We should divert traffic or control the lights and get patients to our treatment centres very quickly within 10 to 20 minutes in Colombo and major cities. However in rural areas, it's more difficult. I think 30 minutes response time depending on distance and at most 30 minutes return.
What I advise is that weakened people live in city areas as it's easier. Rural communities are the ones paying the worst penalties for mismanagement or theft.

But to misquote the Qur'an which says if you kill one innocent person, it's akin to killing a million as you all see with the murder of Wasim Thajudeen which I've brought up since 2012 on Facebook. Where in my case, saving one life, my life, it's the same as saving the lives of millions, the 23m here and the many billions who will draw inspiration from me.
