I think while I have the good judgement to order US cyber firms to do business, especially remote pen testing with Russia or China, or even enemies like Iran, the people running those cyber firms left to their own devices, wouldn't have the strong leadership needed to make those wise calls.
This is what happened with Synack. It was a real disaster. Jim Hyman, COO, this guy, Ron Peeters, Simon Haylock, this Steven Soper, they were really stupid. I think at the same time. I think that Iran, Russia and China, maybe I don't know, I wouldn't do it now. But Sri Lanka, yes. I'm very conniving. I don't know.
