See, Palith has done a good job. Lal has stolen a business. Shanika, is uneducated/ not a manager (not capable), she's a liar (bad character/ values incompatibility), and I think she's not even interested in a solution (bad, enemy character).
What you do in this, is you get a f***ing lawyer, order him (not a her in Sri Lanka's case, as this isn't something a Sri Lankan woman can deal with), to get rid of Lehan's stake in this business first.
I think the smaller the circle for my side, the better.
The trouble with president Lehan using 35,000 ETI Finance victims to xyz Lal, for stealing $100m from them, is the public will see this. The public will say either, "it's good someone did something to thieves, for the first time", or else, "see, how wicked, that guy organized it. Got rid of them criminally."
I think immediate term, short term, former, then latter will be the case.
