I'm quite happy with the way I look. I think I look pretty handsome. A hot young boy. Or man. And I don't want a smaller nose. I think it looks fine. I actually go sunbathing, to get sun, so I darken up or get a slight tan. But mostly because I'm pale skinned brown, and I need sunlight. I am afraid of like fungal growth or whatever. I think I need sunlight for melatonin production or for serotonin or for whatever. As you are naturally getting in ancient history.
