I think that in first-person shooter games. There should be an element of military command structure introduced. This means, that there should be higher level, high elo players, who are ranking well as strategists, serving commander roles, where they pass instructions to lower level players. It would tremendously improve gameplay, because they would be able to fight better, with team support.
