No Women on the Team? I Drew a Line and Did the Exercise Math

Lehan Edirisinghe

COYLE CEO listing sparked reform push for women; ad posting continued; exercise quota calculated; captive-bird care pondered; macaw loss remembered A COYLE CEO listing and team dynamics push me into reform mode: I refuse to normalize all-male rooms. Between posting ads and planning work, I calculate my exercise

COYLE Membership, Family History and a COO Suggestion

I'm not a Coyle member. But my dad was a founder in 1999. And I might join. I think all of them, would rather me than Milan, or nobody.

They should instead advertise for "COO", not for CEO.

As it looks better, as you can easily replace the CEO with COO or another member without losing perceived value, stability and impact

Pushing COYLE Reforms for Women’s Equal Membership

I will push for reforms in Coyle though:

For instance, I will not accept their ridiculous ideas, of women not being members, or equal members.

I likewise, fought with the freemasons over it as well, as I think it's sexist, and discriminatory for women to be barred.

Jonathan was talking to me, he tends to agree with whatever I say, like Stephen in Django Unchained does to parrot Calvin Candie:

Jonathan was suggesting California lodges fight with the other lodges over the admission of gay or homosexual members

Within next 100 years, they will have to ultimately, let women join, but they will argue, that because of historical tradition, and how you█████████████████ in a ritual, and it is supposed to be masonic light, being we are naked in the lodge, that this naturally means they can't join

We will see, I suppose

Steve Wozniak joined the craft cause his then wife was in Order of Eastern Star, the upside down pentagram one hehehee...

And they have their own thing, their sisters thing

***

My mom is in Coyle ladies chapter, but the problem is they are acting as though, women can't be business owners or successful employers

Which I can't accept, as it clashes with my values, beliefs and personal convictions, and is just ugly in the 21st century

It's demeaning, and screams "we are the patriarchy", which I, Taylor Swift, and Jack Gyllenhaal, all own keychains for dissing: "████ the patriarchy!"

It's like,██████████████████████████████ absurd.

██████████████████████████████████████████████████████

Hehehe

***

This might be their own way, but I don't accept it

I can understand, if Sinhalese business people allowed only

But not to disqualify women on gender, it's humiliating

If Franklyn's not showing up for now, or not responsive, or responding. And neither is the other guy at Swiss Lanka. It's fine. They aren't people I knew. They were nice when I met them. We can hold off on it for later.

I will be patient, and build on it, and honor them

Wanting Women in My Team, Business and Cabinet

I feel seriously uncomfortable without women in my team or in my business or cabinet or whatever

I have uhh, changed, from that scrawny kid without glasses from long ago

The image depicts a scene inside an aircraft, likely a private jet, characterized by a modern and spacious interior. The background features large windows with a soft, diffused light coming through, illuminating the space. There are two windows visible, both with a rounded shape, and they are positioned on the left side of the image. The walls are a light color, contributing to a bright atmosphere.

In the foreground, a man is engaged in an activity on a stationary exercise bike, which is positioned in front of a screen or monitor. The man is wearing a black short-sleeve shirt and dark pants. He has gray hair and appears to be in his late 70s or early 80s. His expression is focused, and he is leaning slightly forward, suggesting engagement in the task at hand. His right arm is raised, possibly gesturing or adjusting something on the bike or screen.

The screen in front of him is dark and appears to be a digital display, but no specific logos or text are visible on it. The exercise bike itself is modern, with a sleek design, and features a console that includes buttons or a touchscreen interface.

The text displayed at the bottom of the image reads: "Just stay in your lane. Stay in your lane. Here we go." This text is in white font against a black background, indicating it may be a subtitle or caption related to the scene.

Overall, the setting conveys a sense of activity and focus, with the man engaged in physical exercise within the confines of a luxurious aircraft environment.

Elliptical Exercise, Pet Birds and Missing Macaws

OMG, even me

I don't do 5 miles, which is absurd

I do 5 minutes on my elliptical machine

Now 11 minutes

Because you have to do 77 minutes per week of rigourous

Or 150 minutes of light exercise per week

So, If I do 11 per day, x 7 = 77 minutes

And that's my quota

Plus we have a huge castle

So if I walk around, or go down and come back up

It's another 5 minutes at least

So I get enough exercise

A US army captain was telling me that the pet birds

They have to have enough space to move their bodies

They are designed for captivity

Because birds, parrots, can't survive in the wild

It's 20 years max, most of them die in under 10 years

But while it looks cruel, they live till 70 in cages

They also breed, better in the cages

And are happier

Warning Signs for Heat Stroke Without Sweating

The danger for me, with heat stroke, is I don't have any warning signs, or sweating, so it is hard to tell

What I do know, what I can notice, is

My tongue, feels funny, it's harder to swallow, and feels like weird, dry

There's also a headache, like a funny migraine almost

And that's all, there are no other symptoms
