I remember, distinctly, how polite they were. They were like, I mean. I hate being called Sir or whatever. Because they're the customer too.
And they were like, I dunno, we have GREAT police in Sri Lanka. But we have broken courts.
Because they don't have a good leader in charge to empower the judges, with direction, with modern technology and a real budget.
