The Mirtazapine 45 mg has pretty much paralyzed me. I woke up at 1:15 p.m. I must've slept at 4 a.m. When you wake, you can't really move around much.
I don't like Sri Lankan food. It's okay to have curry night or Indian food once in a while, but it's not good every day. I have an international food palette. I'm feeling hainanese chicken rice. But whatever, it's going to self correct.
██████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████ I prefer to include, but it might backfire. Thilanga uncle has to send it to customers. It is strategically advantageous for me.
But I worry these local people at the customers might not understand such complexity. It's starting to seem like a risk I'm forced to take and run. I don't know. It's worth attempting.
6:00 p.m.
I'm in a meeting with Dr Christopher Earnshaw regarding China with Dave Chichinadze. Very interesting because Freemasonry is prohibited in China but there is a long history. I want to do business in China. Dhammika Perera and Singaporean Martinn Teng uncle are building shopping malls in China.
6:30 p.m.
我 / I am learning 中文 / Chinese . 我 am trying my best. It's fun. I've written 7 letters, all secret, will deliver to uncle Thilanga tomorrow. 我 have a good feeling. I can understand if 英语 / English is second language, that people will struggle to speak, newfound respect. My hair is far too long, need to cut soon.

I can't say Chinese or English in Chinese language. It takes a lot of effort for me to learn. The purpose of these languages is to communicate and connect with people based on respect.

█████████████████████████████████████████████ I had interesting meeting, I hope to join Sapare Aude Plus with Dave Chichinadze if possible. I'm getting tired. Last night I did 2 minutes on the elliptical machine, today also, can do.

Had dinner, watching Cursed.
