Likely 12700H, then a good video card. If possible, skimp on the RAM and ssd. Because you are short on cash. You can buy a better 32, maybe 64gb memory card, i.e. Ram, and 1 or 2tb of ssd later.
It probably would be wiser to purchase a desktop. But a laptop isn't just portable. It's extremely easy to use. You can keep it on your bed on a small bed top desk. Which is the most luxurious, most comfortable way to do business. I don't like sitting at a desk. ██████████████████████████████████
