People only buy books, when their other needs are met

Because if the locals are only living on $7 bucks a day, and need to pay for shelter, or a home, water bills, and education, health, transport, and must pay $5 for the food they eat, it's very hard to buy a $10 book by me
It used to be $30, but I standardized my prices as $10 is easier
