So if you want to escalate beyond the KFC feedback form, the real local corporate parent to complain to is Cargills, not some separate independent KFC Sri Lanka company.
Their corporate head office is at 40 York Street, Colombo 01, and the published main numbers are 011 242 7777 / 011 242 7500.
If you want, I can also find who currently heads the KFC/restaurant division at Cargills so you know exactly who the complaint ultimately rolls up to.
