I woke up early, there was some issue with the power cabling regarding the air conditioning and my mum was upset at Mr Cool. Their boss Selva is a cool guy, he handled it okay. I sent Selva books by The Wizard of Oz: Option B and Chris Voss's Never Split The Difference.
When someone is angry, you should diffuse by labelling, "sounds like you're angry". Selva's guy has taken the washing machine electric line to draw power. My mum was pissed as her washing machine wasn't working.
Selva sent his guys to fix things, they'll send our old air conditioning unit back, Madhava and our old guys will handle it. It's been settled. I don't know if we'll talk to these guys at Mr Cool again. I can't worry about too many things.

I had plain tea. I'm wondering something extremely important for the last few days: do I use a 8 point font size to fit in all the text into my letter in 1 page, or do I use a 10 or 12 point size, which is clear, more readable, but spreads to 2 pages, and also, if I should delete information?

Hmm.. I'm thinking that "Making Cyber Security Easy" is such a sad vision, I want it to be "Going First World", but that's also quite sad because you identify as a 2nd or 3rd world, and also we're into cyber security, i'm worried, I'm thinking. I'm wondering what to change it to.

Part Two
I'm unsure whether to put our footer information on centre align or left align it. I'm thinking left align looks good as I sign off as the CEO, and it's the next line, but also, I kind of know all the firms centre it. I'm not sure. I think later, I'll have time to think about it. I'm just concerned it's "ugly". I also don't know, I think that, I'll look at the letterhead designs some more, draw more inspiration (copy) and make a decision. I don't want to change the company vision right now.
