"Health"
I took 60 mg of Mirtazapine last night. I ran out of medicine. I feel okay. A little bit drowsy. ██████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████
"Being Number One"
I hate it in Sri Lanka because the quality of care and standards are incredibly low. The bigger danger is that people in Sri Lanka are self defeatist and have no interest in improving.
For instance, Thushara Jayatunga, who is a perfectly good man, who is responsible for Sampath Bank's IT security, he said something that broke my heart.
I told him that I want Sampath Bank to be a tier 1 bank. He laughed, then said that that would take a long time.
He put it across that this was not possible. Or at least, it would take a long, long time. Almost everyone in Sri Lanka, they are like Thushara.
The people here are not looking to be number one as soon as possible and are not actively trying to achieve this. This is what I do not like.
I heard a long time ago, Harry Jayawardena was trying to buy up HNB, COMBANK, DFCC and NTB to try and consolidate. This is a push to T1.
I do not remember the name, but senior elite bankers, the ones running DBS (Development Bank of Singapore), the CEO I think, I heard he moved to a bigger bank as this was advantageous.
LKY wrote that banker believed in consolidation as it helps them to benefit. I do not know much about it, I heard and understood the pros and cons, I guess, keeping it as it is, is a good idea, it helps to keep operating strategies efficient.

"Maggi Flavour Preferences"
I do not like the Maggi Daiya Chilli Chicken noodles. It stinks. It tastes horrible. However, the Maggi Daiya Chilli is the best. I contacted Nestle to make a product safety enquiry, they did not follow up, which is just terrible.

"Public Perception"
I am thinking of Thilanga uncle. There has to be more I can do in terms of improving the global perception of Sri Lanka, Gotabaya Rajapaksa and especially my uncle Thilanga Sumathipala. He is not perfect. But he is my uncle and I will protect him.
His enemies have ruined his reputation. He has a bad public perception. However, this plays to my advantage. If Gota was not a tough guy, he would not be President. In the same way, Thilanga uncle is valued as a maverick.

"Denzil's Phone Call"
I got a call from Denzil, as he is nearby Punchi Borella, he wanted to see me. I told him to wait until we make a move with Thilanga uncle as he or our team do not need to do anything.
I told him about a possibility for a data centre being set up in SL, VP regional manager potentials for SE Asia and planning Jonathan's trip to SL for August. I need some help planning and choreographing as I am a perfectionist.
"Chess and Freemasonry Parallels"
I played a few games of chess. I am improving. In Freemasonry, I believe we can link it with chess. You have black and white squares. I think there are book moves, then there is a strategy.
There are traps and gambits you can learn, which might not be found in Freemasonry. There is a lot of rote memorisation of the book moves in chess, and similarly, the ritual words and actions, in Freemasonry, a lot of parallels, a lot of inference, they are both notably hear, see and be silent types.
You also have ranks, files and symbols and hidden meanings and pieces -- you also understand there are rules, there is a purpose and a moral lesson and drama in every game.
It is always the same, no matter where, the same number of pieces, same rules, but it is always a unique drama every time. I dunno, maybe there is no connection, I just remembered two of the things I love so dearly.
"Sushi"
I am doing okay. I think my mum got sushi. I better get it before it spoils. I love sushi. It is one of my favourite foods. I used to eat it all the time in Singapore as there was a sushi restaurant nearby Clementi where I lived nearby Holland Village for 2 years.

I found a problem on FB. I was quite sure I blocked Fatema Hassanally and also Sal something, but after unblocking them, it appears they were still friends on FB. ███████████████████████████████

I think for this Kandy Esala Perahera, if Jonathan is my guest, I will beef up security, make sure they understand President or some VIP will show up too, then we will deploy the bomb sniffing K9 units, we will keep them nearby for good measure.
