I napped again. Woke up. I'm hungry. Hope there is food left out for me.

I postulate that because I'm putting myself under extra pressure, a lot more stress, the cortisol is building up, and my PTSD is being triggered.

This might reasonably explain why there are more flashbacks as of late.

I played Chess. Won a game. I am not super good at it. But I love a good checkmate that looks cool.
