I think Jacques thinks I am a "chairboy" more than a "chairman". I do not think he would be a "chair-old-man". I do not know if we should call it chairperson to be less sexist. It is a sexist term. It causes major cognitive dissonance when Marillyn Hewson, Adena Friedman and I think Phoebe running those big US companies called themselves, "chairman".
