Even if Pompeo is right that China is coming in to exploit Sri Lanka like a predator, at least, they are doing something to progress the country forward.. as opposed to not taking any kind of action..
The reason The Opposition loses is because they offer to do absolutely nothing, they have no plans to build anything or to earn anything.
