Could've gone for some Peking Duck today.

I was very disappointed, the Movenpick Hotel people, they didn't have smoked duck for me.

The image is a screenshot of a PDF document that features a menu from a dining establishment, specifically The Shang Palace. The menu highlights their signature dish, the "Beijing Duck." The text is presented in a clean, modern font against a white background, and a small decorative red flower is placed at the top right corner, adding a touch of elegance. The document is being viewed in a PDF reader on a desktop computer, as indicated by the visible tabs and taskbar at the top and bottom of the screen.
The menu details the preparation of the dish, noting that the roasted Peking duck is hand-carved at the table and served with pancakes and steamed homemade bao buns. Prices for the dish are listed as 14,500 for a whole duck and 8,500 for half. Additionally, condiments such as duck sauce, cucumber, baby leeks, chopped garlic, and white sugar accompany the dish. The menu text is bilingual, with English and Chinese descriptions, catering to a diverse clientele. The PDF viewer interface is visible, with options for zoom, page navigation, and other document settings.
