Oh I just had a small calcium deposit. It had chipped off. My saliva has calcium. He found more calcium build up that he has removed carefully as I bravely laid there agonisingly writhing in torment. My teeth are fine. The dentist did a de scaling like I do for my kettle or for salmon fish scales. It is a big relief. I was worried that it would be a really serious problem.
