re: Bank of Sri Lanka Balance Sheet Assets
After we use eminent domain to snatch all the land, we will dictate it must be held at Bank of Sri Lanka (full banking monopoly). This way, our assets will represent all our land as well. We can make use of this.
I'm keen on our bank becoming a very successful global bank.
We're keen on leasing land for 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100 years. Especially for our own purposes or businesses. This is a good parity bit in a byte clearing strategy which just works a paladin role for us.
The whole current system is a mess. They can't manage. But we can.
I guess, foreigners, will be scared. They also have to pay property tax and LVT. I guess, for them, it will only be a modestly increased rate. Such as a 10 or 15% higher rate. But they can own that property. If they aren't making use of it, as the property and LVT kicks in, and leasing earns us, it wouldn't matter. It earns us whatever and it's very costly for them to not make use of that potential.
That X Files woman owns some land here.
This isn't just for Colombo. I think more importantly farm and agricultural land. It is all going to be bought and sold and repurposed based on economic value.
We're only changing the win and loss conditions and the way this incentivisation structure is deployed, so that we rightly rig it in favour of our country's success.
It becomes extremely punishing and expensive to make mistakes.
I'm extremely pissed off about this whole mess I'm in right now. My battery's at 9%. I'm watching ████ and calling it a day. I'm very angry at this Shanika. It shouldn't have to take so long to do simple things or recover data especially in this context and in getting a replacement hard drive. It's very frustrating, upsetting and just crazy stupid wicked.
I think that Lal will pay. That guy's ultimately only lost his whole life, his family and business to those 35,000 x ETI Finance victims. The second I'm in power, that $100m will be returned to them by force.
Over here, I'm only in a bad spot because we couldn't earn. Thank G-d Jonathan didn't have more power or responsibility assigned to him. He would've failed then too. I guess, that earning is a priority now. It was quite ridiculous how this small change problem, a ssd not working, disk errors, this mess was able to cause so much damage.
I think I should have blogged and I will, and I'll earn off that. Jonathan Hirshon should have asked me what I would do next, then assisted. Even sending some hard drive or whatever a laptop would have been wise, a good investment. Him being selfish, not looking out for me, failing me, this is what you get. You take the blame. I think he's good at wordpress, my website he can do. He can own it, I guess, that will be good.
In 1 year, this wouldn't be as big a problem.
I think anyone can agree, that the price ███ pays is extremely savage and isn't ██████████████████████in any country or in any time period,█████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████

It's very tragic, that this is what it comes down to, that this is how Sri Lanka's got to solve these kinds of simple legal or fraud cases.
I also want to avoid it altogether as it's just so ugly to be honest, and it'll haunt me for a long time, but I'll still do it out of rage.
