We just stopped a book project; we didn't think it was a good fit. He said he'd sent it last night; didn't; I dropped it
It's how it is. Because we can't really tolerate a clash of values.
I hope that man I turned down, he finds a great publisher, they make sure his book succeeds, and he's happy
We wish him the best, and we're happy to move on, without them when it's not a fit, so we have to say good bye.
