You can't really sue Daminda Niroshana because the guy did his job which he was paid to do: recover the data.
The issue is this Kingston ssd was defective. We should have bought a Samsung. Most likely even Barclay's computer shop isn't also guilty. It's hard to detect if a ssd works.
