Fresh Lime Juice — 320ml Batch lime cordial Sugar — 500g Water — 500ml Fresh lime juice — 250ml Citric acid — 3g Salt — 1g Method Heat water + sugar until dissolved. Cool fully. Add lime juice, citric acid, and salt. Bottle and refrigerate. Per cup Lime cordial — 35ml Fresh lime juice — 15ml Cold water — 220ml Crushed lime ice — 50–70g Serve in a 12 oz / 320ml cup.
