Best to forgive if he cannot do something as Chairman of Sampath Bank, he failed Thilanga and Jagath and endangered Shanika, it is his problem, he will live with it and he will not be able to pass the buck.
Next time, and anyway, all these people are joining our firm and Shanika and Jacques and Thilanga are all there, so no need to worry so much.
