I ate a lot of Carnival brand durian ice cream. My mum gave me some money. I need to pay my phone bills.

I wish I had some UK's Tesco clotted cream, Chicken Penang or cornish custard to lather all over my durian ice cream.

I'm writing a response to legal response by SIERRA. Will talk to Jacques tomorrow.

My front upper teeth have a minor inter proximal cavity. I will see dentist tomorrow at 10 a.m. with my mum.

I think I smoked 3 cigarettes last month. I also drink alcohol a bit. Cavity is due to sugar. I fear Brother George Washington had all rotten teeth due to sweet sugars.

I'm so sleepy. I love this Madonna song.

1:15 p.m.

It's difficult for me to decide which ice cream flavours to choose. I got the 1litre Durian ice cream and 1 scoop each of blue bubblegum, mint and chocolate chips and peach.

I ate the 3 scoops last night. I feel a bit sick today. I had a bad breakfast. [I can't remember.] I don't like the food. I feel sick. My team's deciding how to respond to Sierra. I prepared a letter, will send.

5:45 p.m.

I need to cut my hair. I had it only slightly cut for my dad's memorial service in 20 August. So, after August is September and now October. It's grown.

My left wrist is sort of sprained. I must've put too much pressure on it. I wish I had Salonpas or that cool spray. I love medical stuff. I'll put that Sidhalappha or Axe Oil balm relief ointment.

I forgot to brush my teeth in the morning, I think. I hate how I don't have a replacement toothbrush head for my electric toothbrush. So, I use a simple manual toothbrush.

I'm so tired. I was watching Season 1 Raised By Wolves last night. The finale was a real shocker. I don't really like it. I'm watching The Boys Season 2. It's really funny.

6:00 p.m.

I ate rice and curry with a chicken leg and murunga. I don't like this kind of food. I only like pizza and Japanese food now.

I feel a little bit anxious about SIERRA project. Writing things down is helping with staying cool. I'll finish it up by tonight.

10:45 p.m.

I'm happy I made a friend in California. That one friend was worth an entire lifetime as a Freemason.
