Writing to Reduce Stress and Eating Ice Cream for Breakfast

It is good that I write so much. It reduces my stress. When I do not write, I feel distressed. I think substantially, a lot. I worry a lot. My constant logging, it is vital to my peace of mind! I can hear the gardener and security officer outside in the garden or grounds. They are doing stuff. The birds are singing. It is like I live in the Istana in Singapore.

I am going to take a break from work. I will continue later. I will eat an ice cream for breakfast. I was at the National Museum of Singapore, I had breakfast there, I had some kind of yoghurt, it was really good, they put all kinds of things in there. It was yummy. It was easy for me to eat. I have a lot of work to do. I have the spirit of Lee Kuan Yew.

Exercise While Underweight and Blaming Christianity and Britain for Violence

I may have had a nap at 7 a.m. I fell asleep. I just woke up at 1:15 p.m. If I am active now, I will be okay. I did research. The minimum amount of activity you must do per week is either 150 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic exercise. This is what is suggested by the main US and UK health authorities for public health. I am peaky!

I think I did 5 minutes on the elliptical machine, so 5 mins x 7 = 35 minutes. If I do 10 minutes per day, it meets the 75 minutes of vigorous exercise. I can top this off by trying to be active. I think that because I have a big house and my family own the whole street, when I walk 3 minutes to Thilanga uncle's office and back, or I walk 3 minutes to get food or see the birds, it is enough exercise and exertion.

I just woke up. So, I will go and try to get lunch. My mum got some garlic bread with prawn on top. I did not like it. I am not a fan of prawns. * Switch Topic * I noticed, I get a lot of my information from Jonathan Hirshon now. He just posts so many cool things. I am worried he is going to soon feel stalked, as I like too much of the stuff he shares. It is hard, it is the only place for me, to find cool content. I will stop liking all the things he does, so he is not weirded out.

I do not want to ''do'' anything I am not comfortable with. I am not comfortable hurting people who are innocent. This guy James is a good guy. He does not deserve to be punished. The whole punishment thing, Lee Kuan Yew style, it is not a long view remedy or recourse, it is quick, cheap and ugly. It does not solve anything, society is not perfect, it is not worth portraying an innocent guy as a villain.

He will most likely cooperate at some level, which is fine. If you want to target someone, target a piece of s*** that does not keep his word, like Lal. A CIO like Ajith Salgado is not worth targeting, he just made a minor mistake, it just resulted in Channa Palansuriya experiencing severe damages, it is Channa uncle's problem, it is a different story. It is best to just be cooperative. Sandalal made a blunder, but he is an innocent guy too. Being kind is not easy.

Being wicked is easier. Being wicked does not really build any lasting progress. These guys at James' company will just apologise, fire him and then make agreements with me. When they know that the reputational damages are so severe, it might be the end for them. I am beginning to think, these companies are predators, looking to keep SL corrupt, this is what we need to correct, punish and stop.

Killing a few kids smuggling weed and heroin or cocaine into Singapore is wicked, foolish and ugly--it is disgusting, it is barbaric and it is not justice. They are just working for drug barons. James is just following orders, he is just doing his job, it is cruel for him to just be faulted, thrown under the bus and replaced, it is not right, it does not sit well with me -- at all, it is evil.

You must target the drug kingpin, the drug lord, rehabilitate the drug dealer, force a plea deal, they must turn their lives around--target the people who mastermind things, extradite, cooperate with foreign countries, spy, infiltrate, offer free drugs to drug addicts to stop profits, prosecute the villains and hang or imprison them: justice.
