They are like black, eye liner or something!!

In Pirates of the Caribbean, Jack Sparrow, Johnny Depp, who is apparently blind on one side, left I think, I don't know, it's a 50 50 guess, I think he definitely puts make up on, eye liner like a girl.

I don't know, maybe they wanted to create a distinguished, memorable look for the movie.
