AngryPages IP Vault is a publisher-backed custody, archive, and rights-administration service for written works. We accept manuscripts, scripts, and other text-based development materials and keep them in a structured vault built for safekeeping, evaluation, and distribution readiness.

There is a gap between basic file storage and real publishing partnership. AngryPages is built to fill that space. Valuable written IP is often best managed with the seriousness of a dedicated company or holdco structure so it can be organized, evaluated, monetized, licensed, distributed, and enforced as a commercial asset.

Our Structure

  • AngryPages Inc. (California) handles creator workflow, editorial support, evaluation, marketing, sales, and publishing operations.
  • AngryPages Holdings Inc. (Delaware) supports custody and IP-holding within the service model.

This means creators are not simply storing files with us. They are placing commercially valuable written works with a partner designed to help keep those works safe, documented, and ready for distribution.

Creator Account

Long-Term Vault Storage

For safekeeping and archival retention only.

Long-Term Vault Storage is for storage and retention only. It is not included in active publishing review unless materials are moved into Active Review Storage.

Active Review Storage

For written works you want AngryPages to evaluate for publishing, licensing, development, or monetization.

  • 10 GB Active Review unit: $0.46 per month
  • $5.52 per year

Active Review Storage is intended for works that may enter evaluation, editorial review, and commercial publishing consideration.

Rights Agreement for Active Publishing Review

When AngryPages accepts a work into Active Publishing Review, we require a written legal agreement that grants AngryPages the defined rights needed to research, review, evaluate, edit, market, sell, distribute, and sublicense the work during the agreement term.

Depending on the project, this agreement may include a defined co-ownership or shared-rights position so that AngryPages can act as a real publishing and distribution partner rather than a passive storage vendor.

That agreement should clearly define:

  • the creator's retained interests
  • AngryPages' rights and scope of authority
  • approval and consultation rights
  • revenue participation
  • term and termination
  • post-term treatment of the work

Ownership and Rights

Storage alone does not transfer copyright or publishing rights. Long-Term Vault Storage and storage-only services are for safekeeping and retention. Any active review, publishing, licensing, monetization, co-ownership, shared-rights, or sublicensing arrangement is handled under a separate written agreement.

Publishing Support

For selected works, AngryPages may:

  • review licensing and development potential
  • help plan monetization with creator input
  • provide editorial direction and practical publishing support
  • publish through AngryPages services or other appropriate channels
  • support discoverability, search, indexing, sales, and distribution

Revenue Share for Published Works

  • Net publishing income: 80% to creator / 20% to AngryPages
  • Ad revenue: 50% to creator / 50% to AngryPages

Important Notes

  • No guarantee of publication, licensing, distribution, or revenue
  • Long-Term Vault Storage is archival only
  • Active Review Storage does not guarantee acceptance into a publishing program
  • Creators should expect to participate in content development, marketing, and direct sales efforts where appropriate
