I saw, later onwards, as I usually find out. That UK's Channel 4, aired some episode with Frederica Jansz, and Amjad Moulana. It was called Dispatches, Easter Sunday Attacks. I was horrified, and angered, to hear there was an ugly conspiracy. I thought it was BS, because it was hard to believe. I saw on YouTube, many years ago, as a teenager, many people would make conspiracy theories up that "George Bush did 9/11". I think Michael Moore, with Fahrenheit 9/11 made up those stories, with Harvey Weinstein producing it, to help Clintons out. But it was uncanny, how realistically that was portrayed. I don't think so. I read G W Bush's Decision Points, as I found it in uncle Thilanga's bookcase in his office. I like Bush. I saw him laugh off a rumor, or gossip, that David Rockefeller, helped his dad become president, even if he was a Skull and Bonesman like John Kerry. I thought it a smug, bs story that his political opponents fabricated to hurt him.
I don't believe Frederica's claims, because it's been connected to Lasantha, which was hard to believe, that this "Tripoli Platoon" would do it, that way.
This Rohan or Prabath Bulathwatte, and this guy, uhh, I think Suresh Sallay, and some other dudes they mentioned.
I think the reason why I found it personally, in my opinion, to be too far fetched, if not outright bonkers, was because of how, they claimed that "Gota did it, because he wanted to create a sense of dread, or fear, or a security situation in the country. And a man with his ruthless, war criminalesque reputation, would then, thereby, be seen as a savior, that Sri Lanka requires. That somehow, Gota might not be the man we want, but the man we need as dictator, the known devil, better than an unknown devil like Sajith, whose father was demonized by the JVP".
This idea, to me, at least, is so far gone, so absurd, that it doesn't make sense
But then, I understood, Hitler's people, they believed it's easier for people to believe a completely ridiculous lie, than a conceivable lie
So I was on the fence, but could see the other side of the fence then..
