I think I should be on 60 mg of Mirtazapine to better cope with my stress. But it's bad for me, so I'm sticking with 45 mg.

There are often 2 or 3 minor flashbacks per hour.
My eating and sleeping is modulated thanks to the Mirtazapine, so that is helpful, as a crutch.
I think that, from a catastrophization side, with no proof, I feel scared some of my friends might die if I don't do this script on time.
